While Landscaping/mowing & from pruning trees to removing them altogether whether it be a home owner decision or an insurance job, I have begged, borrowed and believe it or not have picked up things ppl throw out. I barter with other contractors whether it’s me coming and working a few hours or negotiating a price for left over materials. I started on 904 E.Myrtle at the beginning of 2020 and I’m predicting to have it rented to the perfect single Family by 2021 whether it’s section8 or not,And dare I say just might sell it by then. It’s a cute home with great neighbors! They really are. When I took possession of the house, my neighbors witnessed a fellow breaking in and they called 911. The girl the hour was rented to went to jail. There were about 8 ppl squatting, doing drugs, apparently selling them according to the whole block. So obviously they were glad to see me come and immediately start working on it. I want to sell this house outright simply because I’ve been approached by at least 6 ppl that were very serious about buying it. This my first renovation and flip in Tn. My grandfather left me a house he built in Louisville,Ky. It was fitted with an outhouse and a well pump. We brought it into the 20th century but I lost it in my dads divorce. Not sure how, other than he just gave it to her. So obviously I’m proud and eager to see it through to the end
